The webinar “ Workplace Brain Capital: Workplace Brain Capital” was organised by the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association – EMEA in collaboration with the Rice University Baker Institute’s Center for Health and Bioscience and the Brain Capital Alliance, and took place on Thursday 25 April 2024.
The webinar delved into the essence of a brain-healthy workplace, emphasizing the significance of resilience, adaptability, algorithmic intelligence, critical thinking, and creativity. Drawing on the pioneering work of leading experts in the field, the speakers explored how these key brain skills are integral to fostering economic vitality and human flourishing.
This session was dedicated to the development of innovative frameworks, policies, and research that support the growth of brain capital. The participants discussed the latest data and insights that can guide us in creating an inclusive, brain-healthy work environment that benefits all.
