Since its initiation in 2015, the Women Entrepreneurs of Tunisia project has been dedicated to recognizing and supporting women entrepreneurs making a positive impact on their economic and social environment, contributing to the sustainable development of the country. Emphasizing inclusion and diversity, the project encourages innovative, original, and environmentally friendly projects, particularly in regional development zones.
The Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association (EMEA) fully supports female and youth entrepreneurship in the region through its comprehensive entrepreneurship initiatives. Recognizing that women and youth are pivotal to fostering an inclusive socio-economic model in the Mediterranean and Africa, EMEA invites each year’s winner of the Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award to participate in an international training program of her choosing. By nurturing talent and fostering cross-border collaboration, EMEA is proud to invest in the future of these visionary leaders, empowering them to drive sustainable change and contribute to a dynamic, inclusive economic landscape.
