EMEA and the Victoria Forum sign MoU

The Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association (EMEA), represented by its Founder and President, Professor Rym Ayadi, and the Victoria Forum, represented by its President, Dr. Saul Klein, Dean and Professor of International Business at the Gustavson School, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the purpose to enhance global outreach and collaboration on the Euro-Mediterranean and Africa ecosystems, enhance expert knowledge and support inclusive social and economic development.

Representative of the Victoria Forum to EMEA will be Dr. Adel Guitouni, associate professor of management sciences, decision support systems and international business at the Gustavson School of Business. Dr. Guitouni has joined EMEA Expert Panel.

The Victoria Forum was established in 2016 by the University of Victoria as an inclusive space that convenes evidence-based conversations and stimulates creative thinking and innovative solutions to urgent environmental, economic, and social challenges. Building on the Canadian narrative for dealing with differences, the Forum brings together regional, national and international change-makers with different identities, perspectives and expertise but committing to that ‘We will make a shared home, together’.
